The students are divided into four Houses to enhance the all-round development of the pupils. Each pupil is assigned a house under the patronage of a House Master. The House System provides ample opportunities for students to explore and express their talents and personality. Inter-house competitions and other activities are held throughout the year. A running trophy is awarded to the house which gains maximum points in the competitions throughout the year. Members of the staff act as House Master/Mistress and look after the general progress and performance of the House.

The house system in our school is one of the most affective aspects of our schooling. Allocation of a house to each student makes them feel better in many ways.
It creates an identity for the ‘self’ and belongingness to a social grouping making the bonds stronger and the camaraderie a norm. The House System makes a student feel supported by their peers ensuring comfortability, especially for the newcomers in the new environment, to help them feel part of the surroundings as quickly as possible and thereby remove the fear of ‘small fish in a big pond.’
The House System allows students to work together beyond the limitations of age creating a conducive atmosphere of profound friendship, collaboration, and solidarity making vertical interactions among the young ones possible. Here the young one looks up to the elder, where the elder looks out for and supports of the younger.
It is wonderful to see that 7 and an 11-year-old students plan, organize, rehearse, and perform in various activities.
The competitive elements of the house give them enough impetus to positively seek excellence in what they do and help drive them to improve collegiality and sportswomen/sportsman spirit.
House System provides the pupils with a sense of responsibility and accountability. One of the most outstanding benefits of the House System is the development of organizational and individual leadership skills and qualities like managing peers facing challenges, managing time, delegating skills, teamwork, communication, and hands-on skills like photography, choreography, etc.
